Flat Sawing is the cutting of flat surfaces using a flat saw. These saws can cut through virtually any hard material, steel reinforced or not. Depths of 24" or more can be cut using large diamond segmented blades. Flat sawing is the best and most efficient way to get through concrete, asphalt, or other material or other access to the underground for installation of utilities or other work.   Inside buildings floors are cut to allow for the installation of new pipe, conduit or fixtures.   Flat sawing results in a nice straight and clean edge instead of a jagged broken edge like you would get from jack hammering or otherwise breaking the concrete.

The saving in time for flat sawing versus breaking is usually substantial. We use flat saws ranging from small patio saws to large 72 horsepower turbo-diesel saws. We operate gasoline, diesel and electric models that can work safely in any environment. All of our Concrete Cutters have a minimum of 12 months of on the job training before working in the field as a machine operator. In addition all operators follow strict safety procedures to ensure the work is carried out with minimum risk and to the highest professional standard.
